Upgrade Requirement
To qualify for a Prime ECN account, clients must have a minimum of USD 10,000 in their trading account. If your account balance is already USD 10,000 or above, no additional deposit is required.
Steps to Upgrade to a Prime ECN Account
Once the requirement is met:
- Close all open positions in the account.
- Email your account manager or contact [email protected] to request the Prime ECN upgrade.
How to Maintain Your Prime ECN Account
To maintain Prime ECN status, your account must meet both of the following requirements within any continuous 30-day period in the past 90 days:
- At least 5 closed trades
- At least USD 500,000 notional value traded (per trading account)
If both criteria are met during the review cycle, your account will remain as a Prime ECN account.
Re-Upgrading Process
If your account is downgraded but remains active, you may upgrade again once the following conditions are met:
- Your account equity is USD 10,000 or more
- You have made new successful deposits after the downgrade
